Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Luho Luxury Homes (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking and staying at our property, guests (“you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Reservations and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or as specified during the booking process.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our booking platform.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: From 12:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM
  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will be charged for the first night’s stay.
  • No-show Policy: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a charge for the entire reservation.
  • Modification Policy: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

House Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
  • Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests per room is as stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Visitors Policy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Family and Child Policies

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Cots/Cribs:
    • Available upon request.
    • Additional charges may apply.
    • Subject to availability.
  • Extra Beds:
    • Available upon request for an additional charge.
    • Limited availability; prior booking required.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Damages:
    • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or amenities during their stay.
    • Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest’s registered payment method.
  • Personal Belongings:
    • Guests are responsible for their belongings.
    • We do not assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene:
    • Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas.

Amenities and Services

  • Included Amenities:
    • Complimentary breakfast
    • Free Wi-Fi
    • Daily housekeeping
    • Laundry and ironing services (charges apply)
    • On-site parking (subject to availability)
  • Additional Services (Charges Apply):
    • Lunch and dinner available upon request.
    • Airport transfers and transportation services.
    • Tour and travel assistance.

Safety and Security

  • Valuables: Guests are advised to store valuables securely. The management is not responsible for any loss or theft.
  • Emergency Contacts: Emergency contact information is provided in the guest information booklet available in each room.
  • Fire Safety: All guests must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and fire safety procedures.

Liability

  • We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their property during their stay, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to our negligence.
  • Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
